    Dear Dr. Maddock,

 I want to sincerely thank you for the the perscription for the malaria
medication and also to thank you again for the "other" percription that you
wrote for me to "improve my quality of life". -smile-

It would really be wonderful if all the doctors out in the world were as
concerned about their patients health and well being as the V.A. Doctors 
are !!!
