From: Ani-Ka-to: All-Subject:Reincarnation Experiment REINEXPE.TXT ************************************************************************ I have done a reincarnation experiment numerous times at home with friends and acquaintances. Although it is not a "regression technique" as such, you might find it interesting to do. 1. One person sits in front of a light-colored wall, sheet, movie screen, or whatever you have available. 2. You need a light source that you can aim directly at the person's face. You also need a very low-wattage blue light. Cover the opening of the light source completely with aluminum foil, and place a pin prick in the center of it to allow the light through. (Experiment with the size of the hole and the distance from the person being viewed.) 3. Music is also a vital part, and I have made a special tape with various musical moods, including parts from Wagner, march music, light instrumentals, drums, etc. The idea is to vary the "mood" by the music. The musical "mood" change will vary the vibrations being experience by both the participant and the onlookers. 4. With the lights out, the blue light shining on the participant, the music playing, and the rest of the people in the room quietly watching, run the "experiment". 5. The people watching should see physical changes occur on the participant's face, (how the participant looked in previous incarnations) and the participant should have feelings associated with various incarnations, and sometimes even visual experiences. 6. The onlookers, as many as want to, take turns at being the participant, and after each experiment, there is a general discussion as to what the onlookers saw, and what the participant felt. 7. I do not do this as a form of entertainment, only as an experiment for those acquaintances and friends who are really sincere about experimenting with previous incarnations. 8. Sometimes, I can run the experiment on myself by sitting in front of a mirror in the dark with the light shining on my own face, and watching the physical facial changes occur in the mirror. 9. While this is not what you might call a true "regression", as noted, it does often "spark" memories of previous incarnations for the participant, and recollections can thus begin to flow in naturally, during meditation, and sometimes in dreams.
