I plan to use mine for divination purposes, magic, etc. The symbols are not hard for me to create and associate with the meanings, but I wonder what sort of elements I should include for a good set (like possesions, death, strength, etc). I also don't want more then 15 or so runes in my set. I look at tarot cards and standard runes for ideas, but does anyone have any other thoughts? 2) If anyone is interested in making a set of runes instead of buying them, I came across a neat idea. The new oven bake synthetic clays are great (naturalists will cringe) sold under the names of Sculptey or Fimo. I form the runes, carve out the symbol and bake the clay. The best part comes in next. You can buy GLO IN THE DARK clay! After the first baking, I smear glo clay into the carved out symbols and re-bake the runes. Result: Strong runes in any color, and the symbols GLOW in the dark! Cool in candle light! It's really easy, and no artistic talent required. -moonowl -- -=*=- -=*=- -=*=- -=*=- -=*=- -=*=- -=*=- -=*=- -=*=- -=*=- -=*=- -=*=- -=*=- Sherry Michael "The scientific point of view is Drexel University that every phenomenon is in Computer Info.
