I read this one in an add for Organ.Grdning. and thought I'd give it a whirl. 
Who knows?  Given the current troubles I'm willing to try anything.

In a blender, combine and chop
1 garlic bulb
1 small onion
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 quart water
Let steep, then add 1 tablsp. liquid non-detergent soap.  Use immediately, or
store in a tightly covered container in the refrig. for up to a week.

Ick.  I can imagine the smell of this inside the house.  Perhaps I'll move
all the babies outside for this one.
