I have much, much more...this is just the tip of the iceberg. More than anything else, I'd recommend that you start now drinking red raspberry leaf tea. Drink several cups to 2 quarts daily!!! This is a wonderful herb for toning up the uterine muscles for the work they are to do. It will make your labor easier and less painful. You might also want to take a zinc supplement, which will make you less likely to have premature rupture of membranes and also make you less likely to have a low birth weight baby. You might also want to drink some liquid chlorophyll. I like Nature's Sunshine brand, which tastes just like peppermint tea (but will stain EVERYTHING it comes in contact with green!). It's wonderful for keeping your iron levels up and also seems to help with a less painful, shorter labor as well as avoiding postpartum hemorrhage.
