BTW, found this by chance. Perhaps you can try it? Green Ban's Homemade Plant Spray 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic 1 1/2 tsp soy or corn oil 1 cup water 1/2 cup buttermilk Put into a blender and blend well for 2 minutes. Add 1/4 tsp. mild liquid soap and 2 tsp. liquid kelp (such as "Maxicrop" or a health food store type thing.) Blend well for one minute. Decant into large measuring container. Top up with water to 2 quart mark. Add 1/2 tsp, eucalyptus oil. Stir. Strain thru cloth. Use undiluted. Makes 2 qts, but it is perishable. The company that used to sell this is tangled in the "herbs as now regulated by the gov't" red tape thing, (because the ingredients were'nt tested on animals--a story in itself) so they published this recipe in a pamphlet so people could still use it. It's supposed to be nourishing to plants as well as pesticidal. I haven't reid it yet, so if you do, lemme know if it works. Firth! Tide ...
