I wish I could be of help in finding a regression hypnotist for you. 
Frankly, I don't think there are too many people doing it, or at least doing
it well.  I am not aware of any "network" of regressionists.  Of course you
can try the yellow pages, but before you do anything, ask the operator
(another word for hypnotist--not the telephone type) for references.  Call a
few of them and ask if they were satisfied with the results.
 
A good regression should include information on howmany prior lives you have
had, basic details on the personality of each life (sex, geographical
location, family, occupation, etc.), and details on the death of the
personalities.  Cause of death, age, and even info after death such as
disposition of the mortal remains.  
 
Without these details you will not feel like you really "know" each
personality.
