                 CREATING A PROTECTIVE ENERGY FIELD AROUND YOU

      TO CREATE A GOLDEN SPHERE OF PROTECTIVE ENERGY YOU:

      Stand straight facing the East.

      Place your left hand at navel level with the palm up about two 
      inches away from the stomach, hand slightly cupped.

      Then make a fist with the right hand, with the index finger 
      extended. 

      Then move your right hand in a circle over your head at the distance of
      your extended right arm.

      While you are moving your right hand in the circle you visulize the
      generation of a golden sphere of Divine protective energy around you.

      Do the circle three times.

      Note: If you chant the mantra below each time you do the circle with 
            your arm it increase the strenght of the shield.
