Subject: To bind someone from doing harm:

Get a white candle, preferably of human form, if not,any one will do
inscribe the persons name and zodiac sign on it.
Annoint the candle with an oil corresponding to the persons zodiac sign and a controling oil....dragons blood, galangal or high john the conquerer are good ones.
These are herbs/oils attributed to Mars of the element of Fire.

Burn some incense of the same calibur as the controling oil.....dragons blood works great.

Take a red string, or yarn:

Tie a knot on one end of yarn and say "One to Seek him" (or her if it's a her)
Tie a knot in the middle and say           "One to Find him"
Tie a knot in the other end and say       "One to Bring him"
tie both ends together AROUND the candle..thusly binding it and say "One to Bind Him"

continue by saying: "From doing harm, to ANYone
                                     So say I, this spell is done"

Light the candle and repeat the words 3x while concentrating on the binding.

And there you have it, an authentic binding spell as promised :)
