                        PSYCHIC PHONE CALLS

      The best time for this type of work is between 3-5am.  Most of the
      world is asleep and there are less distractions.  Psychic attacks
      also happen best at this time; that is why many Wiccans make it a
      habit to sleep protected.
   
      Using black or brown candles on the altar, place a picture of
      the person you are trying to link with.  Place a ring of cedar
      chips around the picture.  Use cedar for your incense.  Concentrate
      on the picture.  When you feel connected, send your message.  This
      type of work is best done during the dark moon.
