STEVE'S PSYCHIC FIREHOSE INCENSE



      1-2 parts tobacco (prefereably American Spirit, which is
           additive- and pesticide-free and not nearly as
            allergenic as ordinary cigarette tobacco)
      3 parts cedar
      1 part myrrh
      1 part lavender

   Powder finely and burn generously to clean out tired, negative or sludgy 
vibes.  I like to follow this with some basil and cinnamon, then burn rosemary 
every day for a month to lay down a positive vibe that is unusually hard to mess 
up.
