TAROT CONTEMPLATION RITUAL 1- Take from the 22 major arcane cards, numbers 6, 7, 10, 13, 15 and 18. Keep the remaining 16 cards with you while you perform the Relaxation Ritual. 2- Immediately following the Relaxation Ritual, shuffle the cards until you feel it is time to stop. 3- Select any one card and look at the picture on it for no more then three minutes. 4- Take three breaths and you are done. 5- Record the information in your diary, along with any ideas or feelings that you had.
