************************* ***** Honey Liqueur ***** ************************* For Beltane Number of Servings: 20 INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------ 1/3 oz peppermint herb 1 1/4 tsp. thyme 1 1/4 tsp. hyssop 8 oz honey (by weight) 32 oz rum DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------ Allow herbs to soak in the alcohol for a week, then filter and add honey. Bottle and seal. Shake from time to time to dissolve the honey. NOTE: different brands of alcohol can produce a variety of flavors in this liqueur. Experiment to see which suits you best.
